I want to find shapes and colors that ride on the strength of the Echizen ware clay, and create works that make users happy.

Biography

1976: Born in Echizen-cho (former Miyazaki Village)
2006: Studied under his father Hikaru Hyuga
2009: Opened Hyuga Ceramic studio
2013: Accepted for the 52nd Japan Modern Art Exhibition. After that, he was accepted for the exhibition 5 times
2014: Accepted for the reorganized 1st Japan Fine Arts Exhibition
2017: Accepted for the 2nd Japan Ceramic Association Modern Pottery Encouraging Award
